Initially I had rented my house through Bandenoch Real Estate and as the market was chaning and the house needed a little upgrading I decided to sell, with Symon my liason person. Everything went very smoothly especially as the house went on the market just before Christmas. Symon and also Lucia were in constant contact with me, especially when I was overseas and getting the contracts exchanged and showing the purchasers through the house a couple of more times.
