Symon helped the reviewer sell this property

Effortless and a pleasure to work with

From the moment we first made contact with Symon we knew that our sale was in good hands. Symon & Lucia came to our home, and we could tell right away that they had an impressive knowledge of the current market - and a good understanding of the type of buyer that would suit our property. Our property was listed on the internet late Friday afternoon, and we had a great turn out of 9 parties for our first open on Saturday morning due to Symon and Lucia’s interaction with prospective buyers. A second open for the Wednesday evening was scheduled, and Symon followed up with all interested parties - encouraging them to attend the second open. After just 6 days on the market, we accepted a great offer. Thank you Symon & Lucia for your professionalism and making our sale quick and effortless!! Brad & Paul
