Dear Symon and Lauren I would like to give a big thank you to you both for the outstanding professional service that you provided. You are a wonderful and extremely helpful team. I chose Badenoch Real Estate because, not only it is over 20 years experience in real estate, it is experienced in selling units, and I am right. When I discussed the selling process with Symon, I mentioned that the unit had to be sold within a month. Saturday was the first open home, and three days later we had a full priced offer although there were thirty-seven, one bedroom apartments on the market at that time. It really impressed me a lot.
