Absolutely the best Agency and Agent (s)

On recommendation many years ago we chose Badenoch Real Estate to manage our rental property, they have done and still are doing a great job and we could not be happier. Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to sell the family home which had been in the family since 1962. The decision was not an easy one, and one filled with emotion. We chose Badenoch because of the excellent rapport we have had with them. Symon and Lucia were absolutely wonderful throughout the process from start to finish. Symon's extensive knowledge of the market and his unique approach, ethics,professionalism, friendly manner and Lucia's professionalism and eye for detail ensured a positive outcome. They were both very sympathetic to our situation. Nothing was too much trouble; we were kept informed of inspections, prospective buyers quickly and without fuss. They certainly had our best interest at heart. They were very supportive not only with the sale but also with other issues such as what to do with vintage clothing, and recommended several outlets.
