Having been a potential buyer at one of Symone’s previously listed properties I was able to see how she performed with buyers and how hard she worked not only at the opens but on the phones afterward. To Symone’s credit she actually listened to what I had to say and stayed in touch even though I didn’t submit an offer. She established that I would also be selling a property at some stage in the next 12-18mths so it made it easy when deciding on which agent to go with.
