Having been a potential buyer at one of Symone’s previously listed properties I was able to see how she performed with buyers and how hard she worked not only at the opens but on the phones afterward. To Symone’s credit she actually listened to what I had to say and stayed in touch even though I didn’t submit an offer. She established that I would also be selling a property at some stage in the next 12-18mths so it made it easy when deciding on which agent to go with. I would also like to highlight her accuracy in her appraisal as well as having a competitive and fair (not greedy) commission structure. After removing tenants from the property to be able to stage it for sale to receive the best possible outcome we did not expect that we would head back into a long term lockdown which proved very challenging when it came to preparing the property for sale. However with Symone’s guidance, timely reacting and adaptable approach we still managed to secure not only a fast 30 day settlement, an amazing price and a revised/reduced marketing campaign all without being able to professionally stage the property (saved on staging costs).
