Above and Beyond Expectations!

We live interstate and had decided to sell our property in Brisbane under the guidance of Welly and Taan at eresidential. They were both upfront in advising on what would achieve the best selling price, which included a substantial renovation. They organised the trades, supervised the renovations and constantly kept us up to date of the progress with fantastic results. A day before the first showing some teenagers decided to throw rocks through the windows. What would have been a stressful event was made easy by the team who organised quick repairs and clean up which enabled us to keep our inspection timeline. Both Welly and Taan provided excellent communication throughout the selling process and best of all managed to sell the property prior to auction, at a price point that exceeded our expectations.
