I was in a vulnerable state having recently lost my husband of 40 years. I was only looking for an appraisal and confirmation of another agencies price. She was empathetic, fully prepared and armed with information of similar sales (out of town property), past history etc She did what salespeople must do, she asked for the listing. My biggest fear was telling the other agent, she said she would take care of that, which she did. The rest is history
