Was a quick one for me less then 48 hours

We had a great selling experience with Tai. Highly recommend.

Tai assisted us with the successful sale of our property. Unfortunately our first buyer failed to get their Finance but Tai immediately helped us, with his energetic and positive outlook, to get this back on the market quickly, which we did. COVID definately threw a spanner in the works but Tai continued to happily work on the sale of our home and did private inspections as necessary, with a successful outcome. He did a great job!

We had previously dealt with Tai but on the other end of the ledger as we were at that time the purchaser. We found Tai at that time to be courteous and professional. It was therefore an easy decision when we decided to sell our property to reach out to Tai to assist with our property sale. We met with Tai to discuss the sale of our property and were provided with both advice as to the best way to market and sell the property and a sales range that we considered realistic. It was only after we engaged with Tai and Buxton's that things got interesting as during our marketing campaign we moved from being able to have open for inspections and the ability to auction the property to stage 3 restrictions with Covid 19. At this time we held some concern whether we should remove the property from sale. Tai provided us with his professional opinion that now remained a good time to sell (which is what we wanted) and remained firm in his belief that our market value could be achieved. Tai continued to work hard during the marketing campaign taking people through as private inspections right up to what became an online auction where he was able to arrange for 8 potential buyers to register. At the online auction the property was sold, best of all above our reserve. In summary I would have no issues in recommending Tai and or Buxtons to anyone looking to sell their property especially if you are looking for a hardworking professional agent who will provide you with honest feedback.
