Takeshi (I believe he goes by Tak in his public profile) was very helpful throughout the process, and was available to answer our (buyer's) queries. For a bunch of first-timers, it was really helpful.

Tak helped us secure our first home, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. A lot of the other agents we dealt with seems untrustworthy and pushy but Tak helped us understand and work through what needed to be done with out us feeling pressured to make a decisions.
