We selected three agencies that had sold properties in Moreton Bay LGA and then assessed the individual agents based on their individual sales over the past 12 months. Interviewing all of them either personally or online by facetime we selected Tamara above the rest based on her knowledge of the market and results achieved. Tamara and her team did not let us down; going above and beyond what we asked for both in practical ways and in information regarding the local market conditions. The choice was perfect. As interstate vendors we relied on Tamara who made the selling process much easier than we could have expected; she referred us to tradespeople, the staging company and a conveyancer who were just as professional and precise as Tamara is. Once the property was ready market the arrangements were made for photos etc. and then listed for sale where in less than a week the property was sold for an impressive price.
