We are so glad we engaged Tamara and Nathan of North Brisbane Real Estate, right from the beginning they were easy to communicate with, helped us with all of our questions, their marketing was brilliant they sold our property at the first inspection! We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property.
Tamara came in straight away and was very knowledgeable with the market and pricing, and sold our house really fast for what we wanted, and made the whole process really easy and easy for us to understand what was happening the whole time, great communication throughout the whole process. Thanks so much
Nathan and Tamara are an absolute dream team!! They listed the property and at the first open home their marketing attracted 32 groups through which resulted in 11 offers!! We ended up accepting a cash offer $95k over list price. We are absolutely stoked and can't thank NBRE enough.
Very happy with our experience of buying our first home with help from Tamara & Nathan. Super accommodating and made the whole experience very easy after we had been strung along by other local agents. Could not speak more highly of them and we love our new home 1000% grateful
Tamara has been my agent from the time I needed to move for work and decided to rent out my house, to managing the tenants and everything related, to getting my house on the market when I was ready - all without hassle. Tamara is friendly and responsive and makes you feel like you are her only client, I definitely would (and have) recommend her to anyone seeking an agent on the Northside of Brisbane.
Tamara was excellent! Very knowledgeable about the market and very friendly. The best thing though was her communication. We had a few things happen along the process that weren't ideal (not her fault) and she handled it all promptly, professionally and kept me updated throughout the entire process. She was totally amazing, and I will absolutely recommend her to anyone who will listen!
Tamara was amazing throughout the whole selling process. She's professional to the highest standard but also very personable. She took on board the timeframe we were working with and what I was aiming to achieve, and she got the job done! Thank you Tamara
I've had to deal with a few different agents in the process of buying a property, and the best experience by far was with Tamara and North Brisbane real estate. Communication was incredibly prompt and clear, the presentation of the open home i attended was immaculate, and well organized. The documents provided regarding the property had all the information that would be expected. Would 100% recommend Tamara and the team at North Brisbane Real estate.
Tamara & Nathan were fantastic! Friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to make our stressful time less stressful. If you’re thinking about selling, definitely go with North Brisbane real estate! They are a small family owned business. No Games No hidden fee’s. Professional and efficient!
Tamara and the team at North Brisbane Real Estate were excellent to deal with. Being that this was the purchase of our first home, we had many questions. Tamara was extremely helpful, with prompt responses making the process less stressful. Thank you for all your help with our purchase.
We cant say enough about our experience with Tamara and her team. Tamara was more than flexible with us and gave her time up freely to meet our schedules. She closed the sale on our property while on leave giving us and the buyer a seamless experience, ensuring we were always a priority. First class service with amazing honesty. I would highly recommend her and the team.
Could not have asked for a better agent to sell our home. Tamara is so quick and efficient and she got an amazing price well above our expectations. We had photos taken, listed the next day, under contract two days later. Incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, Tamara and her team were so efficient with their communication I always had replies almost instantly. Tamara is so personable, you don’t want to bother looking for anyone else to sell your home, could not be happier. Thank you!
