I met Tamara a couple of years prior to selling this property, I was renovating the investment property when Tamara knocked on the door to see if we were interested in listing the property. At the time my wife and I had decided to renovate, rent out and hold the property for a few more years. Tamara kept in touch every month or so and kept us up to speed with the current market. When we decided to sell we contacted her and other agents, Tamara came out in front of the other agents easily with her approach and strategies for listing and selling our investment property. The property was sold with an unconditional contract within a couple of weeks to another investor, Tamara very professionally managed the listing, marketing and showing of the property, all whilst there were existing tenants living there who were kept informed and also kept happy whilst the sale went through.
