Using Tamara as our agent was a great decision. We had been trying to sell with another agent for 4 months and with no sign of a positive outcome we made the decision to turn to Tamara. We requested an appraisal and right from then we were impressed with Tamara. We were given an appropriate valuation for our property(previous agent over valued) and the house was on the market. We were treated with respect and Tamara understood that due to health reasons we needed to sell our property as quickly as possible. We had limited interest in the property but due to Tamara's hard work and perseverance we sold the house within 10 weeks. We rate Tamara very highly and would recommend her to anyone. She knows how to treat people correctly and make the process of selling your house a pleasure. That is the reason that she is known as the "Queen of Bridgewater".

Tamara understood the Bridgewater market well and holds the majority of sales in the area. There were a couple of things around communication that could have been better in particular the T&C's of the contract with me (to be fair some of this was likley down to me) and some of the detail of the sub division with the buyers. In general she did as well as anyone else during the negotiation. She was positive and always returned calls and text etc. I would recommend her to anyone considering selling their home in the Bridgewater area.

Tamara found a buyer at the first open and negotiated an acceptable price within a week. I could't ask for more.
