One sentence review: Tamara along with Anna and Camille achieved a sale that broke the ceiling price for our street and exceeded our expectations. Longer review: I was impressed with Tamara's visibility in this area, signs and billboards suggesting that she is very successful but this wasn't the reason we contacted her. 3 years ago we were renting in the area and Tamara represented the owners as they sold the house we were still living in, Tamara always treated us with understanding, kindness and respect even though she had no reason to, this stuck with my wife and I. 3 years later when we were selling ourselves we remembered this and contacted Tamara, to my surprise she remembered us and asked after our dog, again displaying her skills when dealing with people. She got our business. I believe Tamara's marketing campaign and suggestion that we invested in staging the property maximised our return. The campaign was so successful that the first 2 home opens returned 2 acceptable offers despite the property being a multi-generation home that may not suit a large percentage of buyers. Tamara and her team are a pleasure to deal with and everything was dealt with extremely professionally. If there was an option to choose 6 stars I would have. A dream team.
