We took a gamble and it paid off. Tamara was the second agent on our property as our first agent struggled to get anything close to what we wanted and lack of communication. We were hesitant to make the change but Tamara believed she could do the job so we believed in her. Tamara was on the back foot from day one but was so prompt in getting photos done and marketing complete with a new approach to sell the house. She even got buyers coming through the house that had seen the house originally listed and thought that’s not me, where now interested in the property. She returns your calls in an appropriate time frame, keeps you informed with market updates how many views, phone calls etc the property has had. Being Totally clueless I engaged the dynamic duo Tamara and Stephanie after achieving a high sale price for another home in my neighbourhood.
