Words cannot describe how happy we are to have met and sold our house through Tamara! If we had been told that we would sell our house before the first open home, for significantly more than list price, with an offer on the table in the first 24-48 hours, we wouldn’t have believed it! She took through dozens of buyers in the first week alone and made us feel like her only clients with how responsive she was - which we couldn’t believe considering how many other properties she had listed at the time. Superwoman! You can also see that Tamara genuinely loves what she does and it shines through in her success. From her honest, genuine nature and infectious laugh to her professionalism, patience and perseverance, we would never hesitate to recommend Tamara to our family and friends. In fact, we’ve already sung her name to the rooftops and told anyone who will listen how amazing she is. We’ve also told Tamara that she’s stuck as our agent for life, whether she likes it or not! Real Estate is an industry where I'm continuously appalled by the lack of true sales skills and professionalism - until I met Tamara. If I was to describe my experience in one word it would be 'WOW' I was proactively approached by Tamara. I had no intention of going to market, but after 15 minutes on the phone with her she had won my confidence. I had an asset which I knew to be under performing for me and despite receiving numerous calls over the years to sell, the thought of dealing with most of the agents, just put me off.
