We had such a positive experience purchasing our home through Tamara. It was a particularly complex purchase with a number of conditions attached to our offer, but at no point did we ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. Tamara was always professional, transparent and incredibly easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were quick to respond to all our follow-up questions or track down any extra info we asked for. Having had a really negative buying experience in the past, this genuinely couldn’t have been more different. There were a number of things outside of anyone’s control that caused timelines to extend, but the communication and patience from Tamara and the team remained exceptional throughout. What really stood out to us were the personal touches and check-ins along the way. Tamara is incredibly thoughtful and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel so much easier.
