We met at an Open house in our street and mentioned we'd be selling in the near future. She kept in touch - the right amount... not pushy at all! When we had an unwell family member they messaged to check on us and offered if they could do anything to help as they knew we were stressed. She was professional, prompt with communication, calm and transparent. They had buyers who missed out on the recent sale just a few doors away, made contact with them, and negotiated our sale 'Off market'. We felt comfortable and informed at every step of the way. It was such a breath of fresh air to work with them on our sale.
