This team was open and honest with how to market the property and communicated clearly with each and every step to have our place market ready. They made regular contact with us and followed all communications up in a very timely manner and provided written instructions when we needed. The attention to detail with written communication was great and the gathering of documents in preparation for sale was very convenient for us as the sellers. This relieved us of a lot of last-minute scrambling to provide documents that are required to sell. This was a level of professional conduct that I have not had when selling other properties previously. The assistance they provided to us on open days and whilst we were preparing the property for sale made us feel like we were the only client they had - nothing we asked for was too hard for them to find an answer for or to steer us in the right direction. It was a pleasure to market with Freedom and have Tamara with the backup of Tess and all the staff at Freedom Beerwah working so hard for us and the end result was a sale within the expected price range. We dealt directly with Tamara during the purchase of our new property, and she was able to help us navigate a complex buying situation.
