Tamara provided a contract for sale which allowed for electonic signatures, but provided no means by which this could be fulfilled. This was a major issue as I was working remotely, without access to a printer. She also advised that the property had rear access via a public road which was a major plus, but which upon investigation we found to just be plain false. Just prior to settlement Tamara congrtaulated us on the purchase and told us that the house had been “professionally cleaned”. We relied on this and cancelled our cleaners, only to find that the house had not been touched. Very disappointing.
Tamara and her team were absolutely fabulous in helping us buy our first home. They were so supportive and exceptionally contactable throughout the process, as well as just being a total pleasure to work with. I hope we're lucky enough to be able to work with them again next time!
