After speaking to a few local agents, all of whom appeared to be very competent, we decided to ask Tamara Lee to sell our investment property in Red Hill after investigating her approach to and skills at negotiating with prospective purchasers. We regarded these as very important, in addition to her ability to attract purchasers to the property, make contact with them and secure and retain their interest in the property. We did not realise that our property, even though we had owned it for many years, had an oddity which, although it was a bonus, made it difficult to value as it did not fit the usual category types in Brisbane. Despite this, Tamara focused on ascertaining its market value from inspection attendees, and progressed from there. We found Tamara's honesty, integrity and diligence to be unfailing. All contacts were explored and all her dealings with them communicated by email to us in a totally transparent way. Changes were made to any of the various forms of marketing to constantly improve the response to the property. No stone was left unturned. Her experience and expertise was exceptional. Her handling and negotiating skills with competing prospective purchasers secured a buyer and produced the best result - a happy seller and purchaser!
