Thanks Tamara for assisting the seller in choosing us as the buyer for the house. We had been looking at many houses practically all year, with many knock backs. It was nice to deal with an agent who was easy enough to speak with and able to take phone calls when needed. It would have been nice if the seller had not left us with 2 empty Gas bottles as welcome gift, perhaps something to suggest to future sellers that they leave at least some gas for the buyer. I appreciate the effort of putting the "Bow" on the front door, but it does advertise to the world that the house is empty, so I had asked to have the bow removed which it was done, so that was nice. I'd asked the staff (as Tamara was away at the time) to turn off the hot water system ( Ended up not being done, but perhaps didn't make much difference anyway as the gas had run out by the time I got to the house - Perhaps the message didn't get through?) All in all - Tamara Lee has been a pleasant person to work with.
