I can’t speak highly enough about Tamara and the very high level of service I experienced with her while selling my property in Wonthaggi. For context, I had initially listed my house with a larger local agency that I’d been a client of for several years, so it was natural that I went with them to sell as I believed there was a relationship there. I quickly became very concerned that my house was lost in a sea of other houses they had simply listed online, there was no proactive work being done to try and sell my property, no discussions about other plans or strategies to do anything different, and they just blamed the market for why it hadn’t sold yet. Needless to say I was upset and disappointed by this lack of service, so I made some calls, asked around and was referred to Tamara by a friend who had worked with her previously. From my first conversation I was impressed. We ended up having to work a bit harder than we’d have liked due to some factors outside our control, but Tamara was amazing throughout, giving me timely updates and clear next steps to follow.
