Tamara was professional in her actions. She responded very quickly every time, and we believe that is why we were able to purchase this property. It was priced competitively so would have been highly sought after. However, the owners did not disclose a structural fault with the drainage. This was not necessarily anything to do with Tamara but it did leave a bad taste. We did not find this until after we had paid and taken over the property. We believe that even an engineers report on the building would not have found it.
