My final words to Tamika before handing over to the Coronis team to place our beloved family home on the market were, "bases are loaded, over to you". Well, I'm pleased to say the Coronis team knocked the ball out of the park, delivering a super result for our months of effort in pulling up shag-pile carpet, scraping off wallpaper, repainting, making over the kitchen & bathroom, landscaping ..... Ultimately, results speak for themselves. Twenty groups through at the first open home and you almost needed traffic controllers for the Saturday open home. Five offers by Sunday and a deal inked two days later. Tamika stuck to her guns on the marketing plan but was prepared to listen and make sensible compromises on a marketing plan of mainly paid online/social. Personally, I find the pricing of the Newscorp premium online package highly questionable for what you get. However, it obviously reached the target audience - as it should have. An elephant stamp for Chris, the snapper, who did a great job with the pics and was easy to work with. Bottom line is, real estate marketing isn't cheap. You want and demand results. The Coronis team, led by Tamika, did a super job and, most important of all, the sale price was at the higher end of what we were expecting. Sweet :)
When my wife and I met Tamika in our home we felt quite comfortable and were very impressed with the knowledge and quick understanding of what we wanted. Everything was explained upfront and costs were never hidden. The different ideas and options for the sale of the home were discussed, many of which we used to help with the sale. Since the early stages she was very clear, personable and easy to deal with. She and her team are always available to help you out. She works Saturdays and Sundays and always replies to her phone calls (or she will call you back if busy). In the negotiation process she was extremely helpful in getting the money we were hoping for the house. Highly recommended!!
