Knowledge of the market was spot on. Tammi was tireless in her determination to sell the property within our timeframe. She remained very positive and confident at all times and we're sure that her enthusiastic and bubbly personality aided in achieving a good result for us. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Tammi.
Tammi has been incredible from our first encounter through to the sale. Attention to detail amazing and her compassion toward myself and my brother with this sale has been fantastic..
Tammi had an excellent understanding of the market. She was able to sell my house prior to it being advertised online due to her connections within the local community. The sale was seamless. I recommend Tammi to anyone looking to sell their property.
We are so grateful for Tammi's help and professionalism throughout the whole the purchasing process. Tammi was always here to answer questions without being "pushy" as a sales person. She patiently waited for us to be ready to put an offer. Tammi's skills really came to life through the negotiation process - she was an incredible help coordinating the pre-purchase checks. She was a great communicator between the selling party & conveyancers, giving us confidence along the way. Thank you!
Tammi Leaver stood out after two years of research and inspections. Her consistent communication, genuine care, and ability to match us with the right properties made us feel like a priority. The homes she represented sold quickly, and when selling ours, it was effectively sold after the first open home. Professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with—we highly recommend Tammi to anyone buying or selling.

Tammi went above and beyond to streamline the process of buying our home. She answered every question we had and was incredibly helpful when issues arose. Her positive energy made the process much more enjoyable.
Tammi is genuine, thorough and passionate, and this shows in every dealing she has with you. You know she worked tirelessly in the background to sell our house, and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. Thank you Tammi!!
As first home buyers, Tammi was exceptionally helpful and supportive. She was able to guide us through the entire process and was always able to provide any help or answer questions as we needed. Working with Tammi was a pleasure and we would happily recommend her to any future home buyers 😊
Tammi was a pleasure to deal with; casual and no pressure. She was always available on the phone or called back immediately. She helped everything in the purchase move along quickly.
I was with another Agent for ten months with no genuine offers. I changed Agents to Tammi and within days she had it live online and sold it after the first open home. Transparency, clear communication, and skill. Highly recommend.
Tammi was absolutely wonderful and certainly made the sale of mum's property without stress or worry for myself and my two brothers. Her support and attention to every aspect of the sale was amazing. We all particularly appreciated her personal communication every step of the way .
