Was always going to sell privately to save a few dollars, had a really good idea of how much my house would go for going by what has sold similar in the area...then rocks up Tammie Lor and said your home will sell off market, and around $70 k more than I was asking...and true to her words it sold within a couple of weeks off market....saved me marketing cost and 70 k more than i expeted in my pocket 😀..was such a stress free experience with Tammie...I would highly recommend Tammie Lor ,Ray White to get the job done ..
