My home was in a village of manufactured homes and so it was a very different type of home to sell from the usual suburban home. She had previous experience selling homes in the village, so I felt very confident about giving her my home to sell. She kept me informed of the outcome of each opening and when a buyer seemed very interested, she suggested I take the offer.
