I would recommend Tammy as an Agent to anyone that is looking to sell their house. Tammy gave me excellent advice about how much she thought my house would sell for. My home was in a village of manufactured homes and so it was a very different type of home to sell from the usual suburban home. She had previous experience selling homes in the village, so I felt very confident about giving her my home to sell. She kept me informed of the outcome of each opening and when a buyer seemed very interested, she suggested I take the offer.
