I went into the process not knowing much at all and Tammy's knowledge of the Canberra market (I'm currently interstate) and experience gave me such piece of mind. There were a couple of bumps along the way with getting to the exchange phase of the sale but Tammy made sure I was aware of everything that was going on, keeping me updated after every open house, working through staging options, photographs and marketing and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Her team is also fantastic, responding to emails and queries really quickly and with a level of professionalism that could not be faulted. I think it's safe to say that that ethic starts at the top with Tammy and cascades to her whole team. Tammy is a country girl at heart that provides a warm and heartfelt service. She managed negotiations between myself and the vendor fairly and transparently. She's a great communicator and in the lead up to exchange went the extra mile opening up the place for deliveries etc. In an industry where there are a few sharks I would recommend Tammy to anyone selling or buying.

Just sold a townhouse with Tammy and was delighted to have her as my agent. She went above and beyond doing everything required to get the place on market and sold. It wasn't the easiest sale, but she stuck it out and truly worked hard to drive it to an outcome.
