I would recommend Tammy as an Agent to anyone that is looking to sell their house. Tammy gave me excellent advice about how much she thought my house would sell for. My home was in a village of manufactured homes and so it was a very different type of home to sell from the usual suburban home. She had previous experience selling homes in the village, so I felt very confident about giving her my home to sell. She kept me informed of the outcome of each opening and when a buyer seemed very interested, she suggested I take the offer. There were a few complications along the way, but Tammy was always at the end of the phone to give me advice and follow up with the situations to resolve them. Thank you so much Tammy for being the best agend I could have asked for.
