Tammy was an excel communicator from the start. Constantly remaining in contact regarding offers and negotiations as well as details around the area we chose to buy in. Tammy was helpful in the entire process eventually securing a deal each party was satisfied with. Her personality made an impact on my partner and I as a person we can casually talk to rather than the stereotypical agent we expected either avoiding questions or using terms only known in the industry to confuse us. Tammy was concise, personable and extremely honest and in constantly in contact, which was a major help to my partner and I, being first land buyers in an uncertain market. I would definitely recommend her again for any selling or purchasing accounts.
