She hustled to get a number of people to go through our property before going onto the market and gave us honest feedback from the buyers. Tammy extracted a high offer early on and continued to negotiate late into the evening to ensure we weren’t left biting our fingernails wondering what was going on. She then seamlessly communicated with us keeping us up to date until the property was sold. We felt safe as vendors that knowing David and Tammy were all over what was going on with the sale.
