Tammy allowed us the space to view the property without being too in our face and trying to extract information something a lot of other agents do, which just distracts the ability to properly take in the property, and makes us skeptical they are distracting us from noticing a fault Tammy was very prompt to respond with our questions, and also great as a mediator from difficult conveyancing which is often not in step with the actual sellers and buyers!
