She was very helpful all throughout. Me and my partner are first home buyers so there were a lot of things that we weren't sure of, such as settlement duration and cooling off period. With her previous experience on the bank she provided us great input as to how we can go back to and consult our bank in connection to this. We have also visited the house for inspection for another time prior to putting the deposit, and she entertained us. She has been more than accommodating with our queries as well which was great.
