I can honestly say we have never worked with an agent like Tammy before. She made it feel like we were a team with a shared goal, rather than us just being another client. Tammy managed to bring through 30+ groups in the first few days of our home being on the market, and after multiple offers we were able to sell our property for way more than asking price to a buyer with zero conditions. ZERO CONDITIONS! I genuinely do not think selling our home in 6 days would have been possible without Tammy's hard work.
