After meeting her on a casual basis through a work mate, I was impressed with her delivering a folder within days setting out comparisons & local data and an achievable price range. We weren’t ready to put our house on the market, but after receiving her folder we decided on a date that we could be ready for inspection for our listing from Dec 1st 2020. Tammy loved our house & was very excited to present it to prospective buyers. We did not have a ‘For Sale’ sign out the front & few inspections. She was mindful of keeping our lives unruffled during the sale process. We received an ‘offer’ fairly quickly and accepted. However, it fell through. Our next ‘offer’ came along and it did not meet the ‘finance’ condition! There was a lull in the market and our expectations were looking less positive. However, Tammy was disappointed that the two previous Contracts had fallen through and continued working in the background with buyers & convinced a couple through her own enthusiasm that our house was worth looking at, even though it was in a less favourable location! Lo & behold they put in an ‘offer’ after their 1st inspection which was to our liking. We accepted with an ‘unconditional’ contract in 14 days. Her enthusiasm was obvious and her feedback from buyers was communicated to us promptly. Thank you Tammy for a job well done.
