We booked in with Tammy to view another property...it wasn't our cup of tea which we relayed to Tammy who asked if we would be interested in viewing another property which hadn't actually gone on the market yet....she called the property owners who agreed to let us see it in an hour....we had driven an hour and a half anyway so thought we would hang around to view it.....loved it ( thankyou Tammy) made an offer on the property as soon as it went on the market which was accepted.
