I was looking to purchase a home for around 5 months. I was screwed over twice by dishonest agents. Firstly was LJ hope-island after submitting an offer I was lied to and when I caught the agent out with dishonest information the property was all off a sudden “under offer” second property was by amir reality was again deceived with information and strangely enough the property was all of a sudden “under offer”. At this stage I had enough. This property in riverlinks I have just settled on was listed on the market and within 20 min of going live I had contacted Tammy. Desperate at this stage I gave Tammy a 2min run down of my position and what I had gone through, Tammy was very understanding, was honest and strait down to earth. She was kind enough to come and let me in for an inspection prior to the open house time and by the end of the day I had signed a contract on the property. Throughout the 28 day settlement Tammy was upfront, there is no BS story’s or dishonest info given by her and is 100% trusting. When I had lost all faith in dealing with realestate agents Tammy literally proved to me in every aspect that they are not all in the same boat. I was so impressed with tammy and her dealings I had offered her a property to list on my behalf after the sale. To the day any question ive had with my property purchase tammy has responded and gone out of her way to assist. I again thank you tammy for being true to your word and being such an honest realestate agent.
