I work in the property industry so i am usually very critical of sales agents, mostly due to a lack of communication. Tamzyn was the complete opposite to pretty much every other agent i've dealt with: she was very realistic in her assessment of the property, provided a range that was spot on what i hoped to achieve and thought the property was worth, and then she spent the 4 weeks of the campaign being on the front foot with communication. Despite low numbers through the door, she remained optimistic and on auction day she coached me through the process and she negotiated an outcome that was at the upper end of my expectations.
