Taz captured my heart with passion and sincerity

I won’t forget the day I met Taz who welcomed us family of 5 at the open home. We instantly loved this house from the moment we walked in. Kids were choosing their rooms as I made my way upstairs. I could see myself cooking away in the kitchen while the kids were on their iPads (not ideal but realistic) and relaxing in the lounge room. Although it got myself excited I said to Taz this is too nice of a house and we probably won’t be able to afford it. Taz gave her genuine thoughts and advise which encouraged us to put our offer through. Taz communicated with us exceptionally well and never gave us pressure throughout the negotiation process handling it with professionalism and warmth. I am certain Taz was genuine and open with the sellers as much as she was with us. At times I was overwhelmed by the process feeling like it all wasn’t going to work but Taz never gave up hope. It was one evening I had a call from Taz advising the sellers were happy to accept our final offer. I was over the moon with joy and gratitude. We have just settled today so I will soon be cooking in the new kitchen, yay. Thank you so much Taz for believing in trying and making our dreams come true. We also thank the sellers for accepting our offer in the end and building a perfect home for us family. Aki
