The settlement of our new property was dependant on the sale of our rental property. We decided to use Tandi and her team for the sale of our rental property, as we had originally bought the property from Remax, and they also managed the rental of it for us. Having a tenant in the property at sale time presented certain difficulties, as we did not want to let down or inconvenience the tenant. However Tandi and Zoe did a great job to keep everyone happy, and worked out the best solution for everyone.
