Tania McAlonan

We had a fantastic experience with Tania buying our new home. From day one, she felt like a genuinely good person first and an agent second. She cared about all parties, kept us informed throughout and clearly goes above and beyond for her clients. Seeing her organise the pool service, tree removals and even personally help remove items left behind really showed us the level of care she gives her sellers and buyers.

Tania was exceptional throughout an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family. Her kindness, compassion and professionalism meant more to us than she probably realises. She guided us through everything with patience, sensitivity and genuine understanding, making the settlement process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We always felt supported and cared for. Tania is an absolute credit to the company, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us.

Tania went way above what I expected. She also helped me move to retirement Village i can't thank her enough.

We had the pleasure of working with Tania to sell our property, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, she displayed a deep knowledge of the local real estate market, expertly guiding us through every step of the process. Despite being located in another state, Tania made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, always ensuring we were informed and comfortable with each decision. One of the things that truly stood out was her constant communication. Being out of state and first time selling a property, it was crucial to have someone we could trust, and Tania went above and beyond to keep us updated and handle all the local details. She coordinated everything seamlessly, from communicating with the tenants and marketing the property to negotiating offers. Thanks to her efforts, our property sold quickly and at a price we were happy with. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and professionalism and would highly recommend Tania and the Roxanne Paterson Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially if you’re managing the process from afar.

Was a wonderful experience dealing with Tania during the sale of our house. She was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and was always there for us if we needed help. We would highly recommend Tania as she goes above and beyond.

Tania was very professional and obviously had very good local knowledge as well as being knowledgeable of the overall sales market. Tania was always approachable, friendly and helpful. The sale process went smoothly as a result of her overall attention to the sale I greatly appreciated Tania’s expertise and would be very comfortable in recommending her to other people who have property dealings
