Great, friendly service

Tania provided great advice and service and was always helping out in a friendly way. Helped in lots of small ways over quite a long period while we were getting our property ready for sale, and provided good tips, invaluable tradie contacts and plenty of encouragement. When ths property was ready to put up for sale, Tania showed professionalism in marketing the property and dealing with prospective buyers, finalising a sale within a couple of weeks - and I believe we achieved the highest ever sale price for a lot in our estate even though the land area was smaller than most other lots in the estate. Would highly recommend Tania to other sellers in the area.
