We have sold 3 properties with Tania in the last 18 months as our personal circumstances meant we needed to sell all our properties. The first 2 were townhomes near the beach and had wide appeal, Tania got these sold quickly and the process was pretty smooth. The third property was our dream tropical home, very tropical in style, not a cookie cutter home. This took longer to sell as it would appeal to a smaller market. Tania persevered, as we were caught in a dropping market, so we had to get our heads around that. She was always open and direct with feedback, which is what we prefer, even if it isn’t necessarily what we wanted to hear.
