We very recently sold out home with Tania as our agent. From our first meeting with her we knew she was the agent for us. She is friendly, professional and has fantastic local knowledge which is so important where we live. She gave us great advise on the little things we needed to do to make our house more marketable. It worked !! We sold our home on the first inspection. We would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of selling or looking at buying in the area.
