We met with Tanja on a Wednesday afternoon to express our interest to sell our property and gauge the market value and she she assured us that the price we were after was achievable. It was a very last minute decision to sell and we wanted an off market sale if possible as we had almost packed our entire house in preparation for an interstate move. Tanja left after our initial meeting and was back in touch within 24 hours with a potential buyer that wanted to look through the property. We got ourselves organised and she had the buyer through on Saturday morning and we had received an offer by Saturday afternoon. Contracts were signed on Saturday night making the whole process basically a 3 day turnaround!
