We met with Tanja on a Wednesday afternoon to express our interest to sell our property and gauge the market value and she she assured us that the price we were after was achievable. It was a very last minute decision to sell and we wanted an off market sale if possible as we had almost packed our entire house in preparation for an interstate move.
