Tanya was very easy to engage with when we contacted her to view the property we were interested in and quickly arranged a viewing. When we met she was very friendly and down to earth and had a great knowledge of the local area. We felt her to be trustworthy and we did not feel pressured. However, because we were visiting the area from a considerable distance, we had a small timeframe and Tanya was able to arrange a further inspection and negotiate a contract we were happy with in a timely manner.
