When we decided to sell our rental property in Zilzie we spoke with a number of agents, and decided to sign up with Tanya because of her authenticity. Tanya was a realist, and worked out a selling price to aim for, as well as leaving some room for negotiation, and the final price we finally received was above what we expected, given the market. Tanya worked hard in a very slow selling market, and liaised with the tenants to show people through as required. Once the house was untenanted, Tanya worked quickly, and and a buyer was found following the first open house.
