Tanya was patient with us as it took a while for our house to be market ready. She has the best photographer to really take the shots of the house perfectly with perfect lighting to set the mood of the house. Once the house was on the market we had over 30 groups trough our one and only home open. An offer was given the next morning with a cash price and settlement to follow 3 weeks later.
