We will start by saying we cant recommend Tanya enough!! We had researched to find an agent based on who seemed to be most active in our area, and found Tanya, plus looked at her previous reviews. From the moment we met, even before engaging, we took a visit to one of her home opens to compare our house. She was so helpful and friendly, and she didn’t even know we were wanting to list at that stage. We can truly say she was amazing from day one. Everything she promised was delivered, and communication was outstanding. Her level of professionalism, follow through and of course getting the price for our home that we hoped for was just the icing on the cake as it only took 3 weeks! As first home buyers, Tanya was a great guide throughout the whole process. Unlike other agents we came across she was never pushy, and didn't try to take advantage of our inexperience. Tanya showed great depth of knowledge about the neighbourhood as well as the property, and had answers to most of our (numerous!) questions upfront. It was clear that she took time to understand our expectations, as well as that of the sellers, which meant that communication between parties was quick & easy. Tanya was very professional, friendly, had a very competitive commission and is a Shire of Cockburn expert. I would not ever recommend any other agent. She cleaned our house and organised her cameraman with little notice because the weather was great and she presented us with an excellent offer on our house which we accepted!
