Tanya, from the very first contact, has always been polite and courteous. Over many weeks we had, on a weekly/daily basis, been in contact with her, either phone, text or email. Her handling of the contract negotiations; thou frustrating, however, not her fault at all; was above and beyond. Tanya showed companion and empathy to our plight and ensured that we were successful in achieving our goal of buying our new home. With each question we asked, there was always a fast and appropriate response. We were fortunate to have multiple inspections prior to settlement which made our settling in smooth and effortless. Even after our purchase, Tanya made contact to ensure we have settled in and that everything was to our satisfaction.
